Vũ Thị Xuân Thu – ESG Specialist & Training Coordinator at WISS

With more than 18 years of cross-industry management experience at international corporations, Vũ Thị Xuân Thu brings a practical perspective and strong ability to effectively connect ESG solutions with real-world business operations. Having held roles ranging from general management, procurement, to cross-departmental event coordination, she has deep expertise in the S factor – people & organizational culture – as well as G – governance & operational processes.

At WISS, she is a core member of the ESG training program design team – from curriculum development, and training material compilation, to integrating international standards such as GRI into corporate ESG reporting. Her outstanding strength lies in translating broad and often abstract ESG concepts into content that is easy to understand, practical, and actionable.

She also regularly shares successful ESG stories from both domestic and international contexts, helping raise awareness that: “ESG is not a cost, but an opportunity to create social, environmental, and financial value when implemented correctly.”

With a systematic mindset and strong team leadership skills, Xuân Thu is committed to working alongside businesses to build an ESG culture, embed ESG into operational strategies, and foster sustainable development in the global integration journey.
