With nearly 20 years of experience in Green Building and Sustainable Development consulting, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Thu is one of the first experts in Vietnam to achieve international certifications (LEED AP, LOTUS AP, Green Mark GMM, and an ESG Master’s from AIT). Beyond being a technical expert, she is also an ESG strategic advisor, helping businesses transform sustainability requirements into practical and in-depth solutions.

With more than 18 years of cross-industry management experience at international corporations, Vũ Thị Xuân Thu brings practical insights and the ability to effectively connect ESG solutions with real-world business operations. Having held roles ranging from general management, procurement, to cross-departmental event coordination, she has deep expertise in the S factor – people & organizational culture – as well as G – governance & operational processes.
