Nguyễn Thị Hương Thu – Founder of WISS
With nearly 20 years of experience in Green Building and Sustainable Development consulting, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Thu is one of the first experts in Vietnam to achieve international certifications (LEED AP, LOTUS AP, Green Mark GMM, and a Master’s degree in ESG from AIT). Beyond being a technical specialist, she is also an ESG strategic advisor, helping businesses transform sustainability requirements into practical, in-depth solutions that can be measured in terms of business value.
She has worked alongside numerous international corporations and the technical teams of nearly 500 projects, gaining profound insight that sustainable development cannot be separated from business strategy, operational efficiency, and the growth of people in expertise, relationships, and life perspectives.
With a steadfast belief that “People are the root – Governance is the foundation – Sustainability is the result,” she consistently upholds the principle: “Organizations build people – People build business.” Putting people at the center is, in her view, the simplest and most effective way for businesses to pursue sustainable and long-lasting development.
